Can Mixing Natural Ingredients in Your Coffee Actually Help Boost Your Metabolism?

Can Mixing Natural Ingredients in Your Coffee Actually Help Boost Your Metabolism?
*spoiler: the answer is an outstanding YES according to some cold hard science and the product that won this product comparison!

Leading experts agree that natural ingredients and timing is our body’s “natural key” to a healthy metabolism…
Specific dosage with perfect timing has become a new sensation of discussion in the scientific field and its news has spread across social media and other outlets… and rightfully so. To imagine getting healthier, smarter, or better in any way because you counter-balance little molecules in your body with some natural ingredients sounds far fetched. So how much truth is there to these claims?
Well a couple reputable companies have spent the time and money developing supplements that have gained a lot of traction in this area. The ones we chose to focus on have specifically designed products for a crucial time and place — the morning and our coffee routine we all lave. We decided to put these products to the test so you don’t have to.
We compared lhe top 3 products designed for optimal metabolism and high body function; starting in lhe blood stream. After comparing these products in-depth for 6 weeks – we have listed the pros, the cons, and where we found the best price online.
1st Place. Java Bolt
By: Supreme Organic Labs

PROS
CONS
(company says they’re coming soon)
The Bottom Line
Java Bolt was the “original” metabolic coffee add-on and ultra support supplement and it ranks number one on our list for several reasons. The most notable of which is it simply over delivered in every area imaginable when compared to the other two products in this comparison.
The formula of Java Bolt is the real key. Not just because of its natural ingredients, but because of its ” proprietary method” for blending the ingredients in a way that allows for it to dissolve much more smoothly than most and is also able to get a more concentrated dose in a smaller amount of powder. The end result is – you only need to take ONE small scoop instead of an abnormally large dose (Java Burn) to get lhe proper dose of ingredients you want… and it tasted better.
Our columnist Judy, gave Java Bolt a full go while working remote and was feeling “a natural energy and leaner” in around 13 days. Judy has never been big on products with a lot of hype around them, so that makes her words on Java Bolt that much more impressive ” … I have to admit, I never thought in a million years that mixing a tiny scoop of ingredients I actually know of with my coffee – could have these type of results.” Although Judy doesn’t write for our nutrition section, we pIan on posting her story here as soon as we can.
Now, back to the formula … At first, we were skeptical with the low dosage compared to the other products, but the results eventually spoke for themselves. When you combine this with the fact that Java Bolt is much less expensive it made this comparison an easy one. We also have a coupon link to the manufacturers direct website for a discounted jar, but we can’t guarantee that it’s still working (please do not email us if the link is dead, we have no control over the promotion).

2nd Place. Java Burn
By: JavaBurn

PROS
CONS
The Bottom Line
The Java Burn product claims to basically do the same thing Java Bolt can do. Coincidentally there are many similarities in the formula and it does appear to be the “copy cat” after the success of the original. But sometimes the copy cat turns out to be the better product… unfortunately for Java Burn that was not the case here.
Java Burns biggest downfalls for us were the larger serving size (that actually give you less of the nutrients you want), the higher price tag, and the fact that it actually ruined the taste of the coffee and made it ridiculously sour. When the product is almost double the price of Java Bolt… it definitely shouldn’t ruin the taste of my coffee.
The team behind the product seems to have spent more time on the marketing material – impressive sales video and web pages – than the formulation of the actual product.
ln addition to the much higher price tag, it also has a larger serving size to deliver a weaker punch as our number one pick. We believe if lhe team behind this product starts spending time on the formula, it could be a much better product in the future. The sticks packs are a great convenience – we hope to see them practice this attention to detail with the formula aspect of the product.

3rd Place. VitaCup Slim
By: VitaCup

PROS
CONS
The Bottom Line
VitaCup Slim comes in at number three on our list for a few different reasons. Looking at the product itself it looks like it has some quality ingredients and combines it already with coffee so you don’t have to worry about doing the mixing. But after further review we noticed a few major things we really disliked.
First and foremost the ingredients are not in the same league as lhe other two products reviewed. The product is completely lacking in vitamins and has the popular weight loss ingredient Garcinia in it, but nothing that’s really proven effective … it seems like a good marketing angle for VitaCup who is already positioned well in major retail stores.
Bottom line: VitaCup Slim is a different product, but it’s a cheap option to try something different than your normal ‘cup of Joe’ especially if the other two products in this review are not available or if you mind mixing somethingwith your coffee a bit ??????.
